Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees of 50%. No-show, no-call appointments will be charged a 100% fee. A late fee of $10 will be applied to the total service cost at the 15-minute mark past your appointment time. Any deposits made are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
